Clean, friendly staff, spacious room, provided toiletries, close to metro and train station.
Nothing.

Large rooms with small kitchen area, seating area and separate bedroom, though not new, all well maintained and representing a quality to value ratio thats hard to beat, plus an inexpensive convenience shop on the premises.
Hard to find fault really, especially at the price - the place isnt so appealing to look at from the outside, tucked away in a small soi, but this is ultimately to its advantage as it is one of the quietest locations in downtown bangkok. note please the location on the website map is wrong, the hotel is actually on a side alley off soi 3. Suggest you give taxi driver thename of bigger hotels very nearby such as Somerset Park or Marriot apartments. Once you have the location its surprisingly easy to get to even when driving into the city from elsewhere.

To be accurate I have to say It's not hotel but served appartaments. Better for long stay if you staying 1 week or more. Rooms have enougth space and well-equiped. I've got japan-style room, it was clean and cozy.
You cant watch TV when in the bed, coz there's no TV in sleeping area of the room.

Located near public transportation , shopping centers, and restaurants. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area of the city and is clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing to fault.

The room was clean and neatly furnished. It lacked nothing after all. Aircon was placed in a good spot, so to not disturb the sleep.
Getting to the hotel is a nightmare. Out of 15 taxi-drivers only 3 knew where to go (even with a map drawn on the hotel-card, with thai descriptions!). It took us 2 hours, help of 5 people and 3 calls to finally find the location. Even standing in front of it you can't really say you are there - the signs are hardly visible. The information about Surosak Sky-train proximity (600m?!?) is hardly accurate. Getting to the place and away from it only possible with taxi and/or tuk-tuk.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a Japanese style, with a fairly big living room and good decorations. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything in the city, including Sala Deang BTS & MTR and many other neighborhoods. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained, including a big freezer in the room. Additionally, the breakfast option is a definite highlight, providing a satisfying start to the day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were absolutely fine.

Good and quite hotel-apartment in Japanese style with kithenette, for tourists and locals. Clean and safety, not far from Skytrain.
Lost of safe locker, multi-level floor. Difficulty to find a hotel for first time is known. Recommended orientation to Marriott and Sommerset hotels is very useful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I particularly loved having a bathtub in the room, as well as a large space to relax and watch TV or have a meal. Additionally, the location was fantastic - close to everything in the city, including central tourist areas and many other neighborhoods. It was a great value for money, considering the prices in this otherwise pricey area.
All was great.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering it is located in a nice area near many embassies. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a large living area that had a comfortable sofa and a nice TV. The presence of a small kitchenette with a microwave and kettle was also a convenient addition. this hotel offers all the basic amenities one needs for a comfortable stay in a downtown location at a reasonable price.
All was fine during my stay.

Stay here if you want a great value for your money. the hotel's spacious rooms are equipped with a kitchen and living room, with cleaning service that is efficient and reliable. You'll love the hotel's location in a quiet residential area, with a bank and convenience stores nearby for your immediate needs. Plus, the great staff are always ready to assist you.
The hotel's free tours are non-existent, so you'll need to explore the city yourself.

During my recent stay at B.S. Court Hotel Sathorn, I was delighted with the spacious rooms and beautiful Japanese-style ambience. The kitchen facilities, including a fridge and electric kettle, were a great convenience. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee, creamer, and bottled water provided daily. The hotel itself is a gem, housed in a charming old building adorned with lovely decorative elements. The location is superb, with the Vertigo sky bar and excellent dining options just a few blocks away on Suan Phlu road. When I return to Bangkok, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, ambiance, and excellent location.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location in Bangkok. The price was unbeatable, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after exploring the city.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and enjoyed the Japanese-style room with tatami floors and triangle-pillow backrest. The neighborhood around the hotel had some lovely places to eat and explore. , the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of public transportation and a famous downtown street.
While the room was spacious and comfortable, we found the lack of natural light a little disappointing. the room did not have a single-burner, which made it challenging to prepare simple meals.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
